Slow cooked dishes like Pulled Beef allows you to use simple herbs and in this case we are using Beef Brisket.  It is a tough cut of meat, but she shines with around 3 hours cooking and searing in the beginning to lock the flavour in.

Got to include Gordon, he has hands on everything.

Mustard powder, celery seed, cumin, cayenne pepper seasoning, with salt and pepper.

And one for the weber, I think I want a bigger BBQ though after watching Gordon’s recipe.

Finding a weber recipe that wasn’t someone acting all cowboy was hard, but we got there.
